All sessions are by appointment only. On the appointment day for your first session, you will be required to complete a Health History and Consent form. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to complete this form. If you have jewelry like long earrings that dangle we kindly ask that you remove them prior to arriving for your massage. This request is for your safety. While that necklace you have on looks beautiful we don’t want to accidentally scratch you while we’re working because your necklace got in the way.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.


Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals

In fairness to clients who are on time, we must remain on schedule. If you are late, we will work on you for the remainder of your scheduled time, however the full session fee will still be due. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
